Mental Health vs Physical Health
For a long time, Mental Health quotes were famous all over. Mental health was not considered to be essential, or in other words, there were no such things as mental illness. Diseases were associated with physical health only, and taking care of the body only was enough. But as researches were done, it came out; your mind is the actual control tower of your body. If it’s not feeling well how can, other body parts will work properly.
The brain sends signals throughout the body using neurotransmitters. Our heart lungs kidneys stomach all organs work according to the messages sent by the mind. So if the mind is not relaxed or is suffering from some disorder, it cannot work correctly, and as a result, bodily functions will be compromised.
Even now a day’s people don’t know what your mind can do to your body. Most of the time, they go to physicians to treat their pains, gut problems, heart problems, etc. But the main culprit is the brain. And even after performing lots of tests, taking a hell of medicine doesn’t improve their symptoms. People don’t consider psychiatrists for their body aches. It is thought to be two different things. Research has shown that mental health issues like stress, anxiety, and depression can cause a lot of physical symptoms
